Services Provided
Our law firm dedicates its practice exclusively to the representation of children and their families regarding special education law.
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) requires public schools to develop appropriate Individualized Education Programs (IEP's) for each child eligible for special education services. It is this Act that drives most special education law. Each student's IEP reflects his or her individual needs and the specific special education and related services to which he or she is entitled.
Through an affordable and rigorous process, we represent the parents and child throughout the child's eligibility for special education resources and services. In California, this period ends when the child reaches 22 years of age.
We are able to provide services at both the State and Federal levels because we are members of both the California State Bar and the Federal Bar.
