Therefore, we endeavor to provide multiple service levels and payment options to allow us to represent as many families as possible. All of our service packages are flat-rate, which means you will never be surprised by our attorney fees and they will never exceed the agreed upon amount.

IEP Advocacy and Support - unlimited IEP meetings, unlimited legal advice and consultation, letters and other requests to school district
Litigation - will initiate and complete all valid requests for due process hearing, Federal appeals, associated Civil actions, and related School Board hearings/appeals
